Scope of work
What is delivered under a package is the list published on this site for that package, plus anything separately agreed in writing before work starts. Work outside that list is quoted separately.
Plans and billing
Growth plans are billed monthly in advance unless another schedule is agreed in writing. Prices are confirmed in your proposal, not on this page.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice. Work already delivered or in progress in the current billing period remains payable.
Ownership
On full payment, the source code, design files, accounts and assets we produce for you transfer to you. Licensed third-party assets stay under their own licence terms.
Your responsibilities
Timelines assume you supply the content, approvals and access we ask for. Delays in those move delivery dates by the same amount.
Results
We commit to the work described in your plan and to reporting it honestly. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue or advertising outcomes, because those depend on factors outside our control.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the period in which the issue arose.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your engagement is the one published when your plan started.
