What we collect
We collect only what you send us: the name, email address, phone number and project details you share when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or through a form. We do not buy contact data and we do not scrape it.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver work you have engaged us for, and send invoices. We do not use your details for anything you have not asked for.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. It measures pages, not people, and is never used to build an advertising profile of you.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business — hosting, email and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are clearly closed. Project records are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will action it.
