Will AI be replying to our customers directly?
Only where you decide it should, and always within limits you set. A common setup is AI drafting replies and qualifying enquiries while a person approves anything customer-facing, which keeps the speed benefit without the risk.
What happens to our data?
We work inside your own accounts and tools wherever possible, and we agree in writing what data is processed and where. Anything sensitive can be kept out of the automated path entirely.
What tools do you build on?
Whatever fits your stack: workflow platforms like n8n or Make for connecting existing tools, and custom code where the logic is genuinely specific to you. We do not push a single platform for every problem.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every workflow has escalation rules and a log, so anything the system is unsure about goes to a person and every action can be traced afterwards. The pilot stage exists to find these cases before the automation runs on its own.
