What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use very few of them, and none of them identify you by name. This page lists every category we set and what each one is for.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They remember your language choice so an Arabic reader is not reset to English on every page, and they carry the security token that protects the contact form from abuse. They expire when you close the browser or, for the language preference, after a year.
Analytics
If you agree to analytics, we set Google Analytics cookies that tell us which pages are read, roughly where readers are in the world, and which links they follow. It is aggregate reporting. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not sell it, and no analytics cookie is set until you have accepted.
Advertising
We run campaigns on Google and Meta for our own clients. This website does not currently set advertising or retargeting cookies of its own. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will list them before they are used.
Third parties we load
Fonts are served by Google Fonts and the WhatsApp button links out to WhatsApp. Following a link to WhatsApp, or to any social profile in our footer, hands you to that company and its own policy applies from that point.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes every cookie listed above. Every major browser also lets you block cookies entirely. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the contact form and the language toggle from working.
