E-Book Publishing

Store accounts, metadata and uploads handled across every platform you choose to sell on.

Every store wants something slightly different

Each platform has its own file requirements, metadata fields, category trees and tax paperwork. Authors either publish to one store because the others look like too much work, or they publish everywhere with inconsistent listings that undercut each other.

One publishing plan, executed across the stores you pick

We decide the distribution approach with you, set the accounts up in your name, and prepare consistent metadata for each platform. Everything is uploaded, checked live, and handed over with the logins you own.

What you get

  • Distribution plan
  • Store accounts in your name
  • Researched categories and keywords
  • Title, subtitle and description copy
  • Validated uploads per store
  • Live listing verification
  • Handover document with logins

How it works

  1. Distribution planWe map which stores and aggregators fit your book, and the trade-offs of exclusivity versus wide release, so the choice is yours and informed.
  2. Account setupPublisher accounts are created in your name with your banking and tax details entered by you. We never hold your credentials.
  3. Metadata preparationTitle fields, description, categories, keywords, contributor records and pricing are prepared per store to the rules of each platform.
  4. Upload and reviewFiles are uploaded, previewed in the viewer each store provides, and corrected before release. We wait out the review period and confirm the listing went live.
  5. HandoverYou get a document listing every account, every listing URL, and how to change price, metadata or files yourself.

Common questions

Who owns the publisher accounts and the royalties?

You do. Accounts are opened in your name with your bank and tax details, and payments go directly to you. We work inside your account with access you can revoke at any point, and we never take a cut of royalties.

Should I publish exclusively on one store or go wide?

Exclusivity programmes usually offer promotional benefits in exchange for not selling elsewhere, while going wide spreads you across more stores at lower per-store visibility. Which one suits you depends on your genre, your audience and whether you plan a series. We lay out the actual terms and you decide.

How do you choose categories and keywords?

We look at how books like yours are actually classified in each store, and which category paths are reachable given your subject. Keywords are drawn from the language readers use to search, not from what the book calls itself. It is a research method, not a ranking promise.

How long until the book is on sale?

Uploading is quick; the store review queue is what sets the date. Most platforms take somewhere between a day and several days, and a first-time account can take longer. We plan launch dates with that buffer built in.

What do you need from me?

A final manuscript or formatted files, a cover, and your own tax and banking information entered directly into the store. We handle everything between those inputs and a live listing, and we come back to you for the decisions that are genuinely yours, such as price.

Tell us where your book is right now.

An idea, a half-finished draft, or a manuscript waiting to be published. We will tell you what the next step costs and how long it takes.
